The House

Serenity is a stunning modern and contemporary style home which is designed for you to relax and enjoy your holiday, without fuss and without worry. The views are incredible and will immediately bring you to calmness, fully complimented by a house that is functional with hidden extras that will enhance your stay.

The inside is truly comfortable with the large open space designed to encourage interaction with family and friends at anytime of the day. The spacious terraces on all three levels of the house invite you to take in the spectacular panoramic views of La Sagesse Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The pinnacle of the outside space is the large infinity swimming pool.

Serenity is ideal for families, groups of friends but also a romantic holiday for 2. It has everything for everybody and will make you fall in love with the island. 

The house also comes with your very own 'house manager’ - Bentley. You will love Bentley, he's the go to man on the island and everybody loves him! He's there for a reason and the reason is for your enjoyment. Bentley will greet you at the airport on your arrival and within 30 minutes you'll be at Serenity.  Bentley will also show you the nearest supermarket, the best things to do and visit on the island, as well as sorting travel for you across the island.

One long open space brings the kitchen, dining and lounge together, creating a convivial area for all to enjoy. Whether you are cooking in the kitchen, taking lunch at the 10 seated dining table or watching satellite TV on the horseshoe sofa, you never lose sight of the beach and bay view of La Sagesse.

The kitchen:
With all the modern expectations of a functional kitchen, our kitchen gives you all you need for self catering. A gas and electric oven, full size fridge freezer, microwave oven and an island to prepare whilst not missing out on any of the action, this kitchen gives you everything. These are all  complimented by the usual items of toaster, kettle and a full set of utensils you would expect from a high quality kitchen.

Dining Area:
The dining area offers plenty of space for 10 people to enjoy each others company over breakfast, lunch or dinner, with the view of the bay only inches away. You can sit comfortably and while away the hours just chatting and socialising over a couple of Caribs or even take on the local rum.

Lounge Area:
If you want to totally relax and wind down why not stretch out on the L-shaped leather sofa. Watch a late night film or keep up with the Premier League and world of sport on the 42 inch satellite TV system. We have also catered for the younger part of the family with a number of children CD’s and games being available for the whole family. If you are a music lover you can connect to our Bluetooth sound system which can be heard throughout the open plan space.

the bedrooms:

Serenity has 5 high quality bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. One king, two double and 4 single beds (2 in each room) make up the full accommodation options. Each room is fully air conditioned and has it’s own en-suite shower facility. With good quality beds all round to ensure you have the best nights sleep possible. The main bedrooms all have French patio doors leading to individual balcony areas that overlook the breath-taking views of La Sagesse beach. What a great start to the day!

Outside:

With the guaranteed warmth of the Caribbean, outside is no doubt where you will spend most of your time  during your stay. Serenity gives you a number of different options to enjoy the space from the moment you wake up to the moment you retire.

The wide and spacious area of the second floor veranda gives you the perfect opportunity to eat, drink and even sleep on the comfortable outdoor furniture, with the perfect views of La Sagesse Bay and beach.

The ground level of the house offers a large patio and decking area where you can take in the sun in the comfort of your 'own home'. With a 12 metre infinity swimming pool what a better way to spend sometime with the family, friends or just relax on your own in the refreshing cool water and the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean.
